The “Hometown” a Beachland Benefit

When I caught wind of this event I was deeply touched.
And then as I saw the roster of musicians coming forward to perform, I was emotionally over whelmed. I admire and recognize that these folks are some of the best musicians and song writers in Ohio. Several I have performed with, some I’ve played a few tunes with, others I’ve listened to or noticed them in a crowd when I have been playing.
I can only try to express my humble appreciation, and an overwhelming sense of gratitude.
I am befuddled with the honor of your love and support.
Thank you, and thank you to the Beachland Ball Room for hosting this event.

Where do I begin? I’m an old school dude and I have various piles of colored marbles associated with all the little games that we play in life. I finance my recording and my creativity music pursuits with the gigs that I play. Long story short, I can’t express how much this event meant to me.

Right now, I’ve got a couple recording projects in the works and obviously I will have to bag a boatload of paying gigs! One record in particular, is ready go to final production and I was ready to pull the trigger when the accident occurred! Recouping just a little bit of cash for the flow was huge!

Secondly, Community is such a huge thing and I’ve enjoyed the privileges of having deep connections and involvement with the conservation community, but I was completely caught off guard with the love and support I received from the music  community. Thank you all so so much!
